Tom Buckland from Oberon Council area won the 2014/15 Waste Theme Award (Scrap Metal)  with his wonderful ” Lepidoptera”.

The 2014/15 Waste to Art Regional Exhibition is currently on display at the Bathurst Flannery Centre, Havannah Street until 30 August 2015.

Artist Dean Mobbs (Dean Mobbs Gallery, Bathurst) has kindly donated the pictured artwork as a prize for some lucky Regional Waste to Art Exhibition visitor. All you have to do is complete a People’s Choice Award nomination. We will let one very lucky winner know that the work now belongs to them when the exhibition comes to a close.

The 2015 regional Waste2Art exhibition has opened at the Orange Regional Library.

This year’s theme is the Scrap Metal – and you’ll be astounded at the artworks made by entrants young and old.

Holly Bopping’s ‘Rusty the Dog’ and Trinity Pre-school’s ‘Totems’ are among the works you can find at the Orange Regional Library until 6th June. Don’t miss it!
